Holy **** @OptimumHelp is one of the worst internet providers. There internet legit just goes of randomly. And they change me thousands a year for my internet not to work half the time

@optimum @OptimumHelp off to a really bad start. Install scheduled three weeks ago for this am. Confirmed last night via computer call, they called at 8am and said tech is on the way. No show. I took off work to wait and they did not even call to say they were not coming.

@OptimumHelp it’s funny you want me to pay you for service but my service is always going out. How is that fair? We are supposed to pay for service we receive, so maybe credits us for when our service is out.

@optimum is the worst cable company on the face of the earth. Their website has been blacked out for 2 weeks, and I’ve had 4 appts to install service. Two of those were canceled by #optimum for some odd reason (without telling me) that they couldn’t explain. One was ghosted…
