Holl. R-Lansdale, has introduced more legislation in his efforts to reduce the size of the state bureaucracy. Earlier, Holl introduced a bill to create a Joint Legislative Committee that would review the need for every board, agency or commission and recommending either keeping or axing it. Although that bill remains in the Senate State Government Committee -Holl admits it is not the most popclar thing in the world -he has now introduced a second bill This new bill, Holl said, outluces bow the state can go about the proposed bureaucratic reductions.
