Why is my Aeries portal not working? ›

There may be several reasons for that: An outage that hasn't been communicated yet via the Aeries Software status page. Some local issues with a small group of accounts on the service side. Technical issues on your side, or problems with your software or ISP.

Linking to additional student: Once you have created an account for one stu- dent in your family, you may link to your other children through Aeries Portal by clicking on the Change Student drop down menu selector at the top right hand side of the homepage and click the link to “Add New Student To Your Account”.

Aeries is the student information system the District uses for grades and attendance.

VPC codes are created when a Student gets added to Aeries and should never be changed. There are two options in District Settings that control the display of the VPC and who can view it. Display Verification Pass Code (STU. VPC) on Students form - Student Data 2 (STU) tab - Displays the VPC field with the code masked.

Aeries supports storing the Add-On Weighted GPAs in the regular weighted fields for each GPA or in a completely different set of fields so that both the traditional Weighted GPA and the Add-On Weighted GPA will be able to be queried and printed. The table below describes the field codes for all of the GPAs in Aeries.

For elementary schools with no Master Schedule, teachers link Google Classroom classes to their Aeries Gradebooks. Synchronize all classrooms nightly- This will populate existing Google Classroom classes with the current roster of students during a nightly process.

The Transfer Grade option can be found under the Manage Student area of the Gradebook and the Transfer Grade column. Transfer Grades are stored in the Gradebook Transfer Scores (GTS) table. The Transfer Grade column has a Details button next to each student.

90.0 to 93.9 is about right for an A-. 94 to 96.9 is an A, and 97.0to 100. is an A+, if you are so inclined to distinguish. Some teachers give extra credit, so they would not give an A+ for anything less than 100.1 percent and above.

What does the P mean in aeries? ›

CP)- Identifies the Course as a College Prep course by entering a 'P'. A blank in this field identifies the course as “Not College Prep”.

ANSWER: If a student has not turned in a past due assignment, a red square will be displayed where the grade is usually displayed. This means that the student is receiving zero points, at this time, for the assignment.

If your Portal TV remote is unresponsive:Check to make sure the batteries have been loaded correctly. Try removing the batteries for a few minutes and then putting the batteries back into your Portal TV remote. Try replacing the batteries. Your Portal TV remote requires 2 AAA batteries.
